Returns
We want you to be 100% happy with your online purchases so we have introduced within 30 days so you can shop with peace of mind in-case your purchase isn’t quite right*
We offer free 30 day returns on all orders. All returns must be in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and unused with all tags attached and packaging in original condition to be accepted.
RETURNS:
To make the returns process quick and easy, please make the next steps:
- Please send us an email with the order number in the subject line of your emails to help our team find your order as fast as possible. Please use the email address you used when placing your order.
- We will send you an email with the step for contact with the transport agency.
- Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, our team will then check that the items are in their original condition*. This process typically takes 7-14 business days.
- Once your return is accepted, a refund will be issued. Funds can take 3-5 business days to appear in the account of your original payment method.
- You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation.
- All returns are free of charge and we have extended our returns policy to accommodate for delays in shipping.
*Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost. Take a look at our Terms of sale for more details.
*You can now return your full priced items back to us and receive free return shipping when you opt for an online store credit. This means you will now be able to return your goods hassle-free & free of charge so you can spend your store credit to change sizes, buy a different product or simply save it for a later date.
**Free returns are only applicable to full priced items if online store credit is selected. Free returns are not applicable if you select a refund or on sale items marked down online. Free returns are only applicable to customers located in Spain, Portugal, France, and Italy. All regions outside of accepted regions will need to pay for a return to cover shipping costs. All returns must be lodged through our email or online portal within 30 days. After 30 days we will no longer accept returns. Once a store credit is selected this cannot be changed or reversed. Online store credits are valid for 12 months from receipt and will be issued in the form of a gift card.
